Compliance
Communitas takes compliance seriously, from staff to management & operational deployment:
During our initial visit, we will prepare Assignment Instruction & Risk Assesments for all sites.
All of our staff undergo BS7858 Security Vetting and further in-house vetting to ensure we only hire professional staff. We also check employee licensing weekly. Additionally, all of our staff are paid via PAYE only.
We have Enhanced Employee Liability, Professional Indeminty & Public Liability Insurance to the value of £10 million.
