I've lost my keys, what now?
The first step is to notify our National Operation Center whom will dispatch a Keyholding Officer to provide you with the keyholders copy.
During this time, we post the keys information to our partners & local social media group offering the £100.00 reward for returning the keys.
Once we are in possession of the keys, our National Operations Center will contact you to update you on delivery.
A simple scheme with proven results.
Our key finding scheme is easy to use and cost-effective in the eventuality that a service user loses their keys. This includes a keyfob with details on reward system & keyholder response to ensure you are never locked out of your property.
For residential clients. our fixed fee is £200 per set of keys - this is a lifelong contract which includes 24/7, 365 support.
